Opera Unlimited is a UK based professional opera company that creates and produces new works in collaboration with charities, businesses and individuals. We combine established singers with the best young talent in the UK. Our first two productions were The Lovely Ladies at Christies and The Mad Duchess at Boughton House, created by composer, Peter Cowdrey, director Rosie Johnston and librettist Hamish Robinson. Our singers have included Michael Chance CBE, Joan Rodgers CBE, Anita Watson, James Edwards, Toby Stafford-Allen, Chris Jacklin and Lilly Papaioannou. Our premieres have raised £80,000 for Maggies Cancer Centres .
We performed The Lovely Ladies at the Buxton Opera Festival in 2011.
Our next project is the premiere of The Death of Hook in 2017, a collaboration with the London School of Puppetry and Moffat Children's Choir, designed and directed by Caroline Astell-Burt.
